Ginger shares her knowledge, experience and her past struggles in order to connect with her clients. She works with individuals who are seeking change, willing to explore new strategies and committed to implementing integrative solutions. Her favorite “tools” are gratefulness, acceptance, and grace. She loves to explore and learn new skills and strategies to teach and connect with others so that they feel valued, empowered and known.

Ginger began her counseling career working with substance use disorders and continues to have a deep connection to those who struggle in this area. Ginger helps individuals identify beliefs, behaviors and environments that are contributing to a fragmented, unbalanced life.

Are you anxious? Sad? Traumatized? Overwhelmed? Stressed out?
Are you a people pleaser? Poor communicator? Isolator? Controlling?
Are you transitioning in life? Ginger helps individuals transform mental barriers and behavior patterns that prevent them from being whole, fulfilled and living a balanced life of abundance.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications/ Journalism from Southern Nazarene University, Bethany, OK, and a Master of Arts in Counseling from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX. Ginger is an avid runner and reader and believes it’s never too late to make some changes or learn something new.
