Step 2: Explore your wellness options, set personal goals and receive initial provider and service referrals, including mental health counseling, nutritional counseling, health coaching, functional fitness, group education, therapeutic massage and creative arts. Final decisions regarding goals and services are ultimately decided by the client with input from the providers.
